About Me

I’m Greg Leischner. I'm an independent investor (NOT a broker) based in Melbourne, Florida. I enjoy buying and selling businesses for mutual benefit. And I might be interested in buying yours!


I retired from a long background in aviation and running my own digital media company for nearly 20 years. Along the way, I've bought and resold a number of companies, both established and startups. Right now, I'm currently looking for my next opportunity.

Most of the following elements are common in my acquistions:

  • Are individual or family-owned businesses
  • Typically they are selling for the very first time; many are long-time owners who want to retire, and there are no children or employees who want to take over
  • A long running, successful business with revenue in the $500,000 to $5 million per year range
  • Want to sell the majority or preferably all of the company
  • Want to save tens of thousands of dollars by not having to pay listing and broker's fees
  • Willing to structure a 'win-win' payment deal through creative financing with the buyer
